This is probably not "the one" because I'm still a bit early for my timeline of when to close and when I need to move, but this unit was pretty much dead-on for the type of townhome I envisioned. Single floor, association managed. The sidewalk in the picture leads straight to the front door which is not visible here. The white door is an exterior storage closet.

This Microsoft Terraserver aerial photo shows the conservation area adjacent to the community. The red pin icon is the townhome's specific location. The large wooded area is the region that the nature trail in the previous photo winds through. Lake Mary Blvd. is the highway in the lower portion, intersecting Highway 17/92 in the lower right corner.
