February 4—Rosemont

I looked at two properties, both in the Rosemont area, not far from where Lee Road/John Yong Pkwy. intersects 441. This one was my favorite of the two. The building here at the entrance to the community is the one I looked at. The side with the garage doors that are visible is the same side as the next photo. The entrance is on the right side. So yes, that nice corner landscaping would be this unit's front lawn which, by the way, association fees take care of. I wouldn't need to mow. Yes, the landscaping looks kinda bad right now, but it's being dealt with. People were in the middle of resodding a lawn behind me in this photo, and what's visible here will probably be redone after these cold snaps are over.
