It's a done deal. I closed on this unit (the first of the two units pictured in this subalbum) around 1:30 p.m. June 14. See ya on the flip side!

I guess I should take it as a sign—this is the fourth (the third I've actually looked at) property in Pheasant Run that has come available. In spite of some uncertainties, I actually do like the area. It's close to work and is not a run-down looking property. While the previous unit I looked at was nice that it was at the end of the street and next to a pond, this property is probably my favorite of all the Pheasant Run units I've looked at because even though it wouldn't technically be my property, it's almost the same as having my own nice front yard. The interior is in good shape, including tiled floor. Even though I'm well aware the paint color is influenced by African design styles (complimented by the furnishings), I actually like it.

Back to the Rosemont property seen in the first subalbum, but instead of being up front at the entrance, this one is in a much better area of the property, back at the pond.

This unit is just about exactly the type of townhome I'm looking for. This one probably won't be the one because I'm still just a bit ahead of the ideal time for me to settle on a location, and the location of this one isn't really the best—the commute to my office would be icky.

Two different properties in neighboring communities. The first one impressed me more, but I'm not sure either of these are "the one."
